SunnySide Cafe (“we”, “us”) operates sunnysiderandolph.com and this policy explains what we collect when you browse the site, place an order, or sign up for text messages.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, mobile number, email address, order contents, and pickup or delivery details.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Sunnyside Rewards — points are added to the phone or email you order with, so every order earns automatically. If you sign in (with a code we email you), we also keep your first name if you give it, your points balance, and the orders you place while signed in — so we can show your points, let you spend them, and offer “order again” and your usual dishes next time. Orders placed without signing in never appear in that history.
• Usage information — basic analytics about pages visited, used to keep the site working well.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we send text messages about your orders, pickup updates, and occasional specials. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive text messages from us is used only to send you the messages you asked for.

You can opt in from our SMS sign-up page, by checking the box at checkout, or by texting our line first.

Who we share information with

Only the service providers that make ordering work — our payment processor (Stripe), our ordering and messaging platform, and delivery partners where you have chosen delivery. They may use your information only to provide that service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP, from email by using the unsubscribe link, and sign out of Sunnyside Rewards at any time from your cart — signing in keeps a token on your device for up to 180 days, and signing out removes it. You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you by getting in touch through our contact page.
